Pinnacle Scaffolding Solutions Ltd is a CISRS-accredited scaffolding contractor based in Sidcup, DA14. Founded by Clive Kiely, we have grown from a one-man operation into one of the South East's most trusted scaffolding companies, serving homeowners, contractors and developers across London, Kent, Essex and Surrey.

Meet Clive Kiely
Pinnacle Scaffolding Solutions Ltd was founded by Clive Kiely, a scaffolding contractor who has spent over 30 years working across construction sites in London, Kent and the South East. Clive entered the scaffolding trade in his twenties, starting as a labourer on site. From the outset he was drawn to both the physical demands of the work and the technical skill involved in designing and erecting safe access structures. He gained his scaffolding qualifications early and progressed quickly through the trade, eventually leading his own scaffolding crew on site.
Over the following years Clive worked for a number of established scaffolding contractors across London and Kent, building experience across the full range of project types, from residential scaffold for houses and extensions to large-scale commercial scaffolding on complex construction sites. Each role deepened his understanding of what safe, well-run scaffolding operations actually look like on the ground, and what clients genuinely need from a scaffolding contractor.
In 2015 Clive made the decision to start his own company. With a small truck, a limited stock of equipment and a reputation built entirely on the quality of his work, Pinnacle Scaffolding Solutions Ltd was founded. Clive remains closely involved in the day-to-day running of the business and brings his full three decades of scaffolding experience to every project the company takes on.

Our Story
How Pinnacle Was Built
Starting Out
Pinnacle launched with a single truck, a small stock of scaffolding equipment, and Clive carrying out many of the jobs himself. Early work focused on smaller residential projects, private homeowners, roofing contractors and small builders across Sidcup and the surrounding areas. Word spread through the quality of the work.
Growth Phase
As enquiries grew, Pinnacle invested in additional scaffolding materials and a second vehicle to keep pace with demand. The company began taking on more residential contracts and its first commercial scaffolding projects, building a reputation for reliable, safe scaffold installations across Kent and SE London.
Today
Pinnacle Scaffolding Solutions Ltd now operates with a large stock of scaffolding equipment, several company lorries, a dedicated office team, and around 20 professional scaffolders working across London, Kent, Essex and Surrey every week. From a single-person operation to a full scaffolding contractor, built on experience, reputation and the quality of every job.

Accreditations & Compliance
Pinnacle Scaffolding Solutions Ltd operates in full compliance with industry standards and health and safety legislation across every project we deliver.
Every operative holds a current CISRS (Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme) card, the recognised accreditation for professional scaffolders in the UK. CISRS accreditation confirms that every scaffolder on your site has completed the required training and assessment to work safely at height.
All Pinnacle contracts are delivered in compliance with the Work at Height Regulations 2005 and relevant HSE guidance. Full public liability insurance is carried on every contract. RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) are provided as standard on all commercial projects and available on request for residential work.

From our base at 12 Hatherley Road, Sidcup, DA14 4DT, Pinnacle Scaffolding covers a wide area across the South East. We are within 30 minutes of the majority of our SE London and North Kent work, and reach Essex and Surrey via the M25 corridor.
We cover residential, commercial, industrial, temporary roof and solar panel scaffolding across all areas. Free site surveys available throughout our service area.
